This recipe is one of my favorites.It is very simple and tasty enough for company----Donna Pitts APRICOT CHICKEN Mix the following together: 1 small jar apricot preserves 1 package dried onion soup mix 1 small bottle Russian dressing Pour over chicken breasts (4 to 6). I prefer those with the bone in. Bake uncovered between 350 and 375 degrees for one hour, basting occasionally until chicken is browned and cooked thoroughly. Serve with rice and add your favorite salad or vegetable. |
